Every project is unique, but a full-service residential new-build or renovation typically moves through five phases: Onboarding & Conceptual Design, Design Development & Documentation, Furnishings Specifications & Procurement, Construction Administration & Installation. Depending on the scope, a single room can take 3–4 months, while a full-home build can span 12–18 months. By overseeing every moving part of the project, I ensure a seamless experience that allows you to simply anticipate the beauty of the final reveal.
Once a design is approved, I transition from creator to executor. As a full-service firm, I handle the complex logistics of "trade-only" procurement—managing the ordering, tracking, and warehousing of every piece. I serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and artisans, overseeing the technical details and timeline so the journey from the initial floor plan to the final "white-glove" installation is seamless and stress-free.
