Marina Flat
In this San Francisco flat, we reimagined the traditional "shotgun" layout to feel expansive and intentional. The custom cabinetry, finished in a soft blue-grey, provides a serene anchor that reflects the city’s coastal light.
To maximize the narrow proportions, we utilized a clean, linear design punctuated by oversized glass pendants. These fixtures do more than provide task lighting; they serve as a visual bridge, drawing the eye to a dramatic piece of fine art photography on the far wall. This focal point creates a sense of depth and personality, proving that even in a historic footprint, contemporary design can feel both airy and deeply personal.
